Our
Mission is to provide the highest
standards of care in comfortable
surroundings whilst encouraging
independence, maintaining self
respect and preserving dignity
through choice and co-operation.
About our company
Regency Healthcare have been in
business for a number of years in
the management and operation of care
homes. The Directors take an
active part in day-to-day operations
of the care homes and are well known
to most residents and staff.
Our
people
All our qualified nurses were
selected for their demeanour and
lean towards working with the
elderly and the homes take pride in
monitoring and improving their
knowledge base with various courses
from time to time. We have a full
time dedicated and professional team
of Registered Nurses, from both here
in the U.K. and from Overseas.
The carers employed in the homes
come from a variety of backgrounds
but all have one thing in common,
their love for working with the
elderly people. Majority have
completed their NVQ2 & 3 and some
are in the process of completing
their NVQ’s at various levels.
Some of our care and ancillary staff
have over 20 years experience in
working in a care home setting or
similar. We are proud of our staff
and ensure that we improve their
qualifications and experience using
both the in-house and external
courses.
